Serbia’s Republic Electoral Commission (RIK) reported figures from all 8,392 polling stations after voting was repeated at 53 locations on 1 November 2026. The tally reported on 1–2 November put the Student List, “Studenti pobeđuju”, at 53.01% of votes cast and the “Aleksandar Vučić – Ujedinjena Srbija” list at 38.98%.
Votes and turnout
The Student List received 2,354,417 votes, compared with 1,731,323 for the United Serbia list. RIK recorded 4,444,310 people turning out, or 68.89% of registered voters. Its final report lists 4,441,636 people as having voted.
The initial tally from polling stations should not be confused with the separate formal allocation of parliamentary seats or the later constitution of the assembly. Forming a government requires further institutional steps.
Update: 5 November
On 5 November RIK adopted its final report for the 25 October parliamentary election and 1 November repeat voting. It allocated 140 of the 250 seats to the Student List and 103 to “Aleksandar Vučić – Ujedinjena Srbija”. The 53.01% figure uses all voters who cast ballots as its denominator; the share of the 4,385,065 valid ballots is higher. These final decisions postdate the initial tally described above.
