The City of Novi Sad has published several public calls for the purchase of municipally owned apartments under housing-support schemes. The apartments are located at 38 Momčila Tapavice Street, building section 3.
Eligibility and application requirements
The notices, dated 15 October 2026, include a general call, a separate scheme for single parents with disabilities and another for parents of children with developmental difficulties, disabilities or serious illnesses.
Each call has its own eligibility rules. Membership of one of the named groups does not automatically confer the right to buy an apartment or guarantee the same conditions as another applicant. Income criteria, documentation and submission procedures must be checked in the applicable official notice.
