Kragujevac publishes planning documents for apartments and an industrial building

The City of Kragujevac published two urban-planning projects on its official website on 4 November 2026. One concerns apartments for occasional stays and two separate residential units; the other covers renovation and extension of an existing industrial and storage building.

The sites and documents

The apartment proposal concerns cadastral plot 9401 in the Kragujevac 4 cadastral area. The industrial and storage project concerns plot 3201/4 in the same area. The municipality had previously issued a public presentation notice for the documents on 28 October.

Publication of an urban-planning proposal is not a construction permit, evidence of completed work or confirmation that apartments are being offered for sale. Further administrative steps may be required before any development proceeds.

Residents, neighbouring property owners and interested professionals can consult the documents on the city’s official register and check the relevant municipal procedures for submitting comments. Any deadlines or eligibility rules should be verified in the original city notice.
