The fourth and final instalment of Novi Sad’s 2026 property tax is due on 14 November, according to a reminder published by local news outlet 021.rs on 4 November. Late payment can lead to interest charges and penalties.
Checking your balance and getting help
Residents can check their outstanding balance and payment details through the Local Tax Administration portal or directly with Novi Sad’s City Tax Administration. According to the city, copies of 2026 property tax decisions are also available from Serbia Post branches throughout Novi Sad.
For assistance, the City Tax Administration lists its public counter at Vojvođanskih brigada 24–26 and a service desk in JKP Informatika’s premises at Bulevar Slobodana Jovanovića 15. Its published contacts are [email protected] and 021/4871-707 or 021/4871-751. The amount owed depends on each taxpayer’s individual assessment.
This information concerns Novi Sad specifically. A separate deadline has been reported for Sombor, so residents should not copy payment dates, amounts or references from another municipality. Our Serbian-language report on Sombor.
