Starting from July 2025, new rules and tariffs for parking came into effect in Belgrade, especially in the city center — within the boundaries of the Stari Grad (Old Town) municipality. The changes include updates to parking zones, prices, payment hours, and methods of payment. Now, fees are collected not only on weekdays but also on Sundays, from 07:00 to 14:00. The updates affect zones A, B, and 1.

SRBIJA NEWS – In Zone A, the maximum parking time is limited to 30 minutes, and the cost is 120 dinars for each half hour. Payments can be made via SMS to 9114, the mobile app, parking terminals, or an electronic card. In Zone B, parking is allowed for up to 2 hours. The price is 65 dinars for the first hour, and an additional 60 minutes costs 180 dinars. Payment is made via SMS to 9116 or other available methods.

Zone 1 allows parking for up to one hour at a cost of 80 dinars, with a 30-minute extension available for 120 dinars. Payments can be made via SMS to 9111, parking terminals, the app, or with a card.

If payment is not made or the time limit is exceeded, the system automatically issues an electronic daily parking pass (eDPK), which can be paid within 20 days at a discounted rate of 1,500 dinars. If not paid in time, the fine increases to 3,000 dinars. A monthly residential parking pass is available for 500 dinars.

All services can be accessed via the Parking Servis website, mobile application, SMS, or terminals. This new system aims to improve order and efficiency in parking management and ensure better availability of parking spaces in the city center. It’s important to follow the new conditions and pay correctly to avoid fines.
