On 30 October 2026, the Novi Sad city administration published two separate public invitations to comment on draft amendments concerning local communal fees and charges for the use of public spaces.
What the draft measures mean
The proposed rules could affect businesses, commercial tenants, event organisers and other users of public land. The exact activities covered, individual rates and conditions should be checked in the draft decisions attached to each of the city’s notices.
